Spicy Crab Thai Style Ingredients: 8 small size crabs (cleaned and boiled with salt and black pepper ) 1 1/2 tablespoons of seasoning Pak Prik 4 kaffir lime leaves 2 stalks lemon grass ( sliced thinly) 2 red onion ( thinly sliced ) 2 cloves garlic ( crushed ) 1 ginger flower bud (halved ) Salt and Thai Palm sugar ( sufficiently) 2 tablespoons of water squid ( nampla ) 2 red chillies halved 4 cm galangal, thinly sliced 3/4 tablespoon shrimp paste ( mixed with a little water ) 1 egg 2 pieces of dried tamarind oil adequately Ways to prepare : 1 ) Heat oil and add seasoning pack Prik and shrimp paste until fragrant . 2 ) Add garlic , shallots , lemongrass and galangal .
