Wantan Goreng Cendawan Cream Cheese



Wantan Fried Cream Cheese and Mushroom stuffed


Ingredients:

20 pieces of wantan skin ( can be bought at supermarkets )
1 small bowl of diced button mushrooms

1 large onion diced

1/2 thinly sliced ​​red chili

Half the whipped cream box
3 slices of cheddar cheese1 tablespoon flour1 teaspoon corn oil1 tsp buttera pinch of salt and sugara bit of white pepper powder
How to prepare filling :
1 ) Combine mushrooms , onion , red pepper , white pepper , salt and sugar.2 ) Heat wok and add 1 tablespoon butter and 1 teaspoon corn oil and stir .
3 ) Stir in 1 tablespoon flour.
Stir.
3 ) In a separate bowl mix the cream and Cheddar cheese.
Stir well .4 ) Add cheese mixture and whipped cream into the pan containing the mixture of butter , corn oil and flour until smooth and lift wheat. Mix these ingredients into a bowl of mushroom mixture last . Allow to cool .5 ) Add 1 teaspoon of the filling in each wonton skin folded in two. Apply a small amount of water around the wantan skin so that the skin can be closed with close wonton . 

6 ) Heat oil for frying wantan. 

 Be careful when frying because the stuffed wonton skin tends to " explode " .

 Wantan Goreng Berinti Cream Cheese dan Cendawan

Bahan-bahan:

20 keping kulit wantan (boleh dibeli di pasaraya)
1 mangkuk kecil cendawan butang dipotong dadu
1 biji bawang besar dipotong dadu
1/2 biji cili merah dihiris nipis
1/2 kotak whipping cream
3 keping cheddar cheese
1 sudu besar tepung gandum
1 sudu kecil minyak jagung
1 sudu kecil mentega
sedikit garam dan gula
sedikit serbuk lada putih

Cara menyediakan inti:
1) Campurkan cendawan, bawang besar, cili merah, lada putih, garam dan gula.
2) Panaskan kuali dan masukkan 1 sudu besar mentega dan 1 sudu kecil minyak jagung dan kacau.
2) Masukkan 1 sudu besar tepung gandum. Kacau.
3) Di dalam mangkuk yang berasingan campurkan whipping cream dan keju Cheddar. Kacau sebati.
4) Masukkan campuran keju dan whipping cream ke dalam kuali yang mengandungi campuran mentega, minyak jagung dan tepung gandum.Kacau sehingga sebati dan angkat. Campurkan bahan ini ke dalam mangkuk yang berisi campuran cendawan tadi. Biarkan sejuk.
5) Masukkan 1 sudu kecil bahan inti ke dalam kulit wonton yang dilipat dua. Sapukan sedikit air di keliling kulit wantan supaya kulit wonton dapat ditutup dengan rapat.
6) Panaskan minyak untuk menggoreng wantan. Hati-hati ketika menggoreng kerana kulit wonton yang berinti cenderung untuk "meletup".
